HAJRA HASAN, DO

Overview

Dr. Hasan was raised in Augusta, GA. She graduated with her Bachelors of Art in 2006 from Agnes Scott College, with a major in International Relations, and a minor in biology. She then attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine – GA campus and graduated in 2011. She completed her family medicine residency at Medical College of Georgia in 2014. Dr. Hasan is married to John Edry, MD and they have 3 wonderful children together. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and hanging out with her family.

 

 

Dr. Hasan is accepting new patients of all types into her practice, including:

REBECCA A. TALLEY, MD

ROBERT PRICE, MD

THOMAS C. SMITH, MD

Overview

Dr. Smith was raised in Sandersville, GA. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology from Oglethorpe University in 2011. He went on to complete medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in 2015. He did his residency training at Gwinnett Medical Center, where he served as chief resident during his last year.

 

On completion of that program in 2018, he accepted a position at Washington County Family Practice in his hometown. He has a strong interest in disease prevention in adolescence and young adulthood as a way to maintain a healthy lifestyle, as well as improving quality of life in the aging adult.

 

Dr. Smith has been married to his wonderful wife Allyson since 2015. They have two children together. When he isn’t spending time with his family, he enjoys hiking, exercising, and reading (mostly Sci-Fi and Fantasy)

RACHEL MUEHLFELD, PA-C

SARAH TRIPP, DNP, APRN, NP-C

Overview

Originally from Washington State, Sarah has called the CSRA home for 30 years, ever since the Army brought her to this area in 1994. She proudly served for 12 years and during her service, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia in 2002. During this time, she also raised three children who have now grown into wonderful young men!

 

After a diverse and successful nursing career, Sarah decided to further her education. She earned her Master’s, Post-Master’s, and finally, a Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice in 2021 from Augusta University.


Sarah has been married to her high school sweetheart, Michael, since 2010. In her free time, she enjoys reading, art, gaming, home improvement projects, and participating in her bowling league.
